About Us
Background
If you’re tired of spending hours and hours googling for a cool, off the beaten path adventure then you understand why we started UncleRoss. We started UncleRoss to help people find people that provide small, activity based adventures. If you’re tired of generic Disneyland experiences, UncleRoss is the place for you.
Does it cost anything to get listed on UncleRoss?
The short answer is, “Yes.”
Like you, we believe that there’s value in providing a quality experience. Our goal is to provide the best internet marketing for small, activity based tourism companies. Our focus is not to be the biggest or largest listing service. There are many, many sites that follow the philosophy of more is better. We believe small is beautiful and that being all things to all people detracts from quality.
For a low, monthly fee – starting at just $7.99 – you can get listed on UncleRoss and have a team dedicated to providing you great internet marketing. What’s more, it’s risk free for the first 30 days and you can cancel at any time. If we’re not providing you value, we don’t want your money – although, if you do leave, we’d love to know why so we can improve.
I have a site, why do I need you?
If you’re like many small businesses, you’re more focused meeting your day-to-day needs rather than internet marketing. You know you need to focus on internet marketing but it’s time consuming and often very confusing. That’s where UncleRoss steps in. We help market your company on the internet and drive leads to you. Then you pick up where UncleRoss leaves off. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by Twitter, Facebook, Buzz, etc or you don’t think you can compete against the larger dollars of your competitors, we can help.
How will you promote UncleRoss to potential customers?
We’ll be promoting UncleRoss to hundreds of thousands of businesses using a combination of web-based advertising targeted at folks looking for activity-based adventures, local contextual advertising, relevant mailing lists, and links on sites frequented by folks seeking adventure.
